焊接工艺流程:

①原材料开卷,平整——生产焊管所需的钢板或钢带都是以卷的形式存在的,所以*步就是进行开卷和平整。

②端部剪切及焊接——通过铣边机对钢板两边缘进行双面铣削,使之达到要求的板宽、板边平行度和坡口形状

③成形——在JCO成型机上首先将预弯后的钢板的一半经过多次步进冲压,压成"J"形,再将钢板的另一半同样④弯曲,压成"C"形,*后形成开口的"O"形。

⑤焊接——采用纵列多丝埋弧焊在成型后的钢管两侧采用气体保护焊(MAG)进行连续焊接。

⑥内外焊珠去除——对焊接形成的焊珠进行清除。

⑦预校正——初步对整体进行修正作业。

⑧感应热处理——用感应电流使工件局部加热的表面热处理工艺。

⑨定径及校直——根据订单对感应热处理后的管子进行定尺扩径,并校正成达标的直线度。

⑩涡流检测——可发现是否存在裂纹、夹杂、凹坑等缺陷。

⑾切断——根据订单对进行定尺裁切。

⑿水压检查——在水压试验机上对切断后的管材进行逐根检验以保证焊管达到标准要求的试验压力,该机具有自动记录和储存功能。

⒀酸洗——利用酸溶液去除钢管表面上的氧化皮和锈蚀物。

⒁*终检查,包装,出货——终极检查合格后的钢管根据用户要求进行防腐和涂层后包装等待出货。

Welding process flow:

① Uncoiling and leveling of raw materials - the steel plates or strips required for the production of welded pipes are in the form of coils, so the * step is uncoiling and leveling.

② End shearing and welding - the two edges of the steel plate are milled on both sides by the edge milling machine to achieve the required plate width, plate edge parallelism and groove shape

③ Forming: First, half of the pre bent steel plate is pressed into the "J" shape through multiple step stamping on the JCO forming machine, then the other half of the steel plate is similarly ④ bent and pressed into the "C" shape, and then the "O" shape of the opening is formed.

⑤ Welding - adopt longitudinal multi wire submerged arc welding to conduct continuous welding on both sides of formed steel pipe with gas shielded welding (MAG).

⑥ Internal and external weld bead removal - remove the weld bead formed by welding.

⑦ Precorrection - preliminary correction of the whole.

⑧ Induction heat treatment - surface heat treatment process in which the workpiece is locally heated by induction current.

⑨ Sizing and straightening - according to the order, the pipe after induction heat treatment shall be sized and expanded, and calibrated to reach the standard straightness.

⑩ Eddy current testing - can find whether there are cracks, inclusions, pits and other defects.

(11) Cutting - cutting according to the order.

(12) Hydrostatic inspection: inspect the cut pipes one by one on the hydrostatic testing machine to ensure that the welded pipes meet the test pressure required by the standard. The machine has the function of automatic recording and storage.

(13) Pickling - use acid solution to remove oxide skin and rust on the steel pipe surface.

(14) * Final inspection, packaging and shipment - the steel pipes that pass the final inspection shall be coated and coated according to the user's requirements, and then packaged for shipment.
