Incoloy 800（N08800）Inconel 800镍基合金/高温合金（13524351833）

 

800合金中的Cr含量通常为15-25%，镍含量为30-45%，并含有少量的铝和钛。

 

800合金从高温快冷后均处于奥氏体单项区，因此，使用状态为单一奥氏体组织。

 

合金具有较高的铬含量和足够的镍含量，所以有较高的耐高温腐蚀性能，在工业中应用较多。

 

在氯化物、低浓度的NaOH水溶液中和高温高压水中，具有优良的耐应力腐蚀破裂性能，所以用于制造耐应力腐蚀破裂的设备

Incoloy800加工

 

热加工

 

1、温度范围1200℃～950℃，冷却方式为水淬或快速空冷。

 

2、为得到最佳性能和抗蠕变性，热加工后要进行固溶处理。

 

3、材料可以直接送入已升温至1200℃的炉中，保温足够的时间后迅速出炉，在规定的温度范围进行热加工。当材料温度降到低于热加工温度时，需重新加热。

 

冷加工

 

1、加工硬化率大于奥氏体不锈钢，因此需要对加工设备进行挑选。冷加工材料应为固溶热处理态，并且在冷加工量较大时应进行中间退火。

 

2、若冷加工量大于10%，则需要对工件进行二次固溶处理。

 

Incoloy800焊接工艺

 

适合采用任何传统焊接工艺与同种材料或其他金属焊接，如钨电极惰性气体保护焊、等离子弧焊、手工亚弧焊、金属极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊，其中脉冲电弧焊是首选方案。若采用手工电弧焊，推荐使用（Ar+He+H2+CO2）作为保护气体。
