python=3.7.0编译cantera2.5.0、2.5.1、2.6.0可行

python=3.8.0编译cantera2.5.0、2.5.1、2.6.0、3.0.0a4(ubuntu亲测可行),window(2.6.0、3.0.0a4亲测可行)
