manjaro install chinese input method
1. install packages
run:
yay -Syu adobe-source-han-sans-otc-fonts adobe-source-han-serif-otc-fonts
yay -Syu fcitx fcitx-googlepinyin fcitx-im fcitx-configtool
2. config environmental variables
sudo vim /etc/profile
add:
export GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx
export QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx
export XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx
to the end.
Log out and log in.
3. add "Google Pinyin" in fcitx
4. switch input method
ctrl + Space
left click fcitx tray icon
right click fcitx tray icon, choose input method
