Do you have any internship experience and what did you gain from the experience? 

注意事项： 

1. 哪怕实习打杂，你也可以说 凭借主动学习精神，了解了这个职业，对职业规划有帮助 

2. 实习叙述要有起伏，比如遇到了哪些情况和困难（可以和 challenge 题共用事例） 

3. 可以选择突出自己在实习中具体哪方面得到提升 

4. 也可以从对职业规划影响的角度， 去升华这个问题，而不是聚焦于 skill 的提升 

 建议结构：
