- Lead-in 5 min

Sometimes we can use our body parts to describe how we feel.

For example:

Look at me.

Am I in high spirits or in low spirits?

Am I bored or exited?

As you see, physical emotions can be felt.

And emotions make us feel physically.

e.g. When I am nervous, I get a stomachache.

When you are feeling very scared, feeling loved, feeling sad, what your body would react?
