信息量又爆了！《都市：天际线2》公共服务专访解读

Happiness 和 Well-being 在以下时间点可以看到文字说明：

大意：市民的 Happiness 是 Health 和 Well-being 的结合。Health 由医疗提供，Well-being 由教育（各种学校）、休闲（公园和景点）和安全（犯罪发生概率，与警察局有关）提供。

根据日志，其他影响 Well-being 的服务有：电、上下水、污染、垃圾、福利办公室、邮政、电信、殡葬……好像就是除了医院以外的大多数服务设施。

在线词典对于 Well-being 的定义：

剑桥 the state of feeling healthy and happy

是不是说，Health 和 Well-being 有具体的数值，根据这两个数值综合起来（可能有权重？）的定性评价称为 Happiness，好比考试评价优秀良好等那样？

目前的 Happiness=Health+Well-being 这种分法，分了，又好像没分，还好像没分对。在还不能玩到游戏的现在，真是挺令我困惑的。
