One of the single most important concepts behind all of Goddard’s teachings is his assertion that in order to get the results that you want, you must assume a state of the wish fulfilled.
He expresses this in many ways, from the idea of living from the end, to acting as if your aim were already accomplished, but what, exactly, does this mean, and how can you apply it to your life?

What Is The Wish Fulfilled?
The “Wish Fulfilled” is simply Goddard’s way of saying that you should assume that any desire you want is already forthcoming.
The wish is your primary desire, the goal that you set for yourself. The wish fulfileld is the idea that you have already achieved that aim.
While this sounds incredibly simple, actually practicing and living from this end state can be challenging.
实现愿望的感觉是啥?
“愿望实现”只是N叔的说法,假设你想要的任何愿望都已经实现了。
愿望是你的主要愿望,是你为自己设定的目标。实现愿望是你已经实现了那个目标的想法。
虽然这听起来难以置信的简单,但实际上从这种最终状态开始练习和生活是具有挑战性的。
How To Live From The End
Living from the end means that you must assume, with every thought, word, and action, that your desire has already been accomplished. If you think that something might or could happen, you have the energy that it has not yet occurred.
But, when you begin to imagine yourself into a higher state of consciousness, such that you already have everything you want, you then enter what Goddard means when he discusses living from the wish fulfilled.
This can be challenging, because it forces you to choose between the apparent circumstances before you.
如何沉浸终点体验
沉浸终点体验意味着现在必须假设,自己的每一个想法,每一句话,每一个行动,现在就是愿望实现后的自己。
如果你认为某件事可能会发生,当然你还在一直体验事情尚未发生。
但是,当你开始想象自己现在已经拥有了结果有何种感觉,接下来要做什么的时候。你就进入了N叔所说的“从实现的愿望中生活”的含义。
这当然非常具有挑战性,因为它一直在迫使你发现自己周围的环境已经发生了改变。俗称穿越。
Feeling is The Way
An important point to understand in the application of this principle is to realize how The Law of Attraction works. It is not enough to simply think good thoughts about your desire, you must focus on developing the feeling of having achieved your aim.
This is the number 1 secret behind the Law of Attraction, and is what Goddard also describes as The Law of Assumption.
When you assume, in totality of heart and mind, that you already have your goal, that assumption rests upon the way that you feel. Therefore, to get yourself into that state, you must always be conscious of how you feel when you think of your goal.

在应用这一原则时,需要理解的重要一点是,同时要认识到吸引力法则是如何起作用的。

因此,要让自己进入那种状态,你必须时刻意识到当你想到你的目标时你的感受。(观察思想,观察行动(赛斯的行为就是最强的召唤力,当下威力之点))
Revisioning
The basic premise of using revision to change your life is that in addition to being able to create your future experiences, you can also use your imagination to re-create past experiences as you wish them to be.
According to Goddard, the most important parts of any day aren’t the actual events you experience, but rather the feelings you remember. Through the use of your imagination, you can downplay any negative, or unwanted events, and then instill the idea of a preferred outcome or experience.
To review the events of your day every evening, just before you go to sleep.
As you walk your mind through the things that happened, you might notice that there were a few situations that didn’t go as you might have wanted them to. If so, use this time to re-imagine the circumstance, as if it had turned out favorably.
For example, if you received a letter from a friend that contained bad news, imagine yourself back to that moment of reading the letter. Imagine opening the envelope and begin reading, but this time change what the letter says. Imagine that it contains the news you want to hear.
Once you have done this, simply relax and move on to the next event in your day.
Do not worry about trying to ‘force’ or ‘think through’ the event you wish to change. Imagine it differently, and move on.

用修正(魔术橡皮擦)来改变生活的基本前提是,除了能够创造你未来的经历之外,你还可以用你的想象力来重新创造你希望它们成为的过去的经历。
根据N叔的说法,一天中最重要的部分不是经历什么事件内容(比如和XXX干啥了),而是体验不同经历的感觉(我好生气,我好高兴)。
通过运用你的想象力,你可以淡化任何负面的或不想要的事件,然后输入一个更喜欢的结果或体验的想法(为啥我遇到啥事都让我这么快乐)。
每天晚上睡觉前回顾你一天中的事情。
当你回想发生的事情时,你可能会注意到有些情况并没有如你所愿。如果是这样的话,利用这段时间重新想象一下当时的情况,就好像结果是好的一样。
例如,如果你收到一封来自朋友的信,信中包含了坏消息,想象自己回到了读信的那一刻。想象一下打开信封开始阅读,但是这次要改变信的内容。想象它包含了你想听到的消息。
一旦你做到了这一点,就放松下来,继续你一天中的下一件事。
不要担心试图“强迫”或“深思熟虑”你想改变的事情。用不同的方式想象,然后继续前进。
Scripting
This technique goes hand in hand with the idea of thinking from the end, but takes the strategy to the next level.
Scripting, simply means writing down your desire in a way that assumes it has already happened. To do this, place yourself into an imagined state of mind that you have just experienced your goal, and then write down a vivid description of what happened.
It’s important to note that you aren’t trying to brainstorm ways to achieve your goal or even outline possible paths you might take.
You’re imagining (assuming) that your goal is already accomplished, and then writing down a description of it.
脚本法则
这种技术与终点思考法的想法共同将假设法则提升到了一个新的水平。
脚本法则,简单地说就是在纸上以一种假设已经发生的方式写下假设的愿望。
完成这一点只需要做的是,把自己已经在终点的状态感觉用一种写笔记的方式生动地记录下来。
重要要注意得失,您并没有试图强迫用什么方式来达成目标(写商业计划书/或者是开发计划书),或者甚至勾勒出您可能采取的可能路径。
你想象(假设)你的目标已经实现,然后写下它的描述。
(就像玩游戏一样,提前知道我玩的角色有几种发展方向,有点类似假装。现在作为成功的自己,再重新假装一遍成功之前的行为。)
