冰袋发霉怎么处理不再长霉

户外用品箱包厂如何处理发霉的冰袋？

根据我司至户外用品厂，以目前观察到冰袋实物的情况，依我司多年的冰袋翻箱除霉经验，gzzxsc.cn建议按照下面方法针对冰袋翻箱处理，确保翻箱除霉后的冰袋不再发霉。

冰袋翻箱除霉防霉作业指导书

1. 目的：

使发霉的冰袋处理之后不再生长霉菌；

3、冰袋为什么容易发霉：

3.Mildew cause analysis：

1、织带、冰袋面料本身的结构疏松，很容易吸收空气中的湿气，且织带表面凹凸不平容易停留灰尘，只要温度和湿度达到，霉菌便能生长繁殖。

2、箱包织带会过胶浆，尤其是一些松紧带、尼龙带这些，含有丰富的蛋白质、淀粉，这些都是霉菌生长所需的营养物。

3、织带、冰袋面料在以前的染料中有加入甲苯这些物质，能起到防霉防腐的作用，但是由于近几年环保的原因这些产品也不能添加，因此霉菌很容易滋生。

4、存放冰袋的仓库环境潮湿，含有大量微生物，导致冰袋吸附潮气或感染微生物。

5、冰袋在海运的时候遇到集装箱雨或集装箱渗水导致在海运过程中出现发霉，这也是冰袋为什么在国内没有出现发霉，到了国外确出现发霉的原因。

步骤一

The first step

清洁冰袋发霉的织带。

Clean the mildew ribbon weaving.

①用刷子沾上冰袋霉菌清洁剂清洁发霉的织带上的霉菌、霉灰。

①Dip the anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent with a brush and clean the mildew ribbon weaving.

② 特别注意织带缝隙处与冰袋面料折叠处要清洁到位。

②Pay special attention to the gap and folding place.

步骤二

The second step

冰袋的侧边袋处理。

Treatment for the side of bag.

①在抹布或者直接在侧边袋里喷上冰袋防霉剂。

①Spray anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent on the dishcloth or the side of bag.

②然后用抹布擦拭均匀。

②And then use the dishcloth to make it evenly.

步骤三

The third step

冰袋外整体处理。

The overall treatment for the bag.

①先在外整体喷上冰袋防霉剂。

①First of all, spray the anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent on the whole bag.

②再用抹布将冰袋防霉剂涂抹均匀。

②Then use the dishcloth to make the agent evenly.

步骤四

The fourth step

冰袋里部处理。

The inner treatment of bag.

①同上第三步操作，用冰袋防霉剂整体喷涂一遍。

①Do the treatment like the third step, and then spray the whole surface with anti-mildew treatment agent.

②再用抹布将冰袋防霉剂涂抹均匀。

②Then use the dishcloth to make the agent evenly.

步骤五

考虑到冰袋发霉翻箱除霉的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、传染性，户外用品厂在冰袋翻箱除霉处理时，尽量将之前用的包装纸、塞纸全部更新，更换后的包装在包装内侧刷或喷上适量冰袋发霉处理剂，自然风干再行包装，包装可参考gzzxsc的预防冰袋发霉方案中的包装防霉措施处理，可在冰袋包装时，在冰袋包装箱内或防潮袋内放冰袋用防霉片与冰袋用干燥剂起到吸潮抗霉菌的作用。

备注：

即使已发霉的冰袋经过处理也不会再次发霉，但是，必须按照规范的方式处理。冰袋无论是在国内还是国外出现发霉都能处理，将因冰袋发霉的损失降低。
