针对3月24日出现的new bing无法访问的解决措施

        这两天new bing一直报错，开了魔法也无法使用，能出现聊天框，但是点进去提问则出现如下报错:Sorry, looks like your network settings are preventing access to this feature.

解决措施：魔法+header editor插件

header editor设置规则如下：
