近日，笔者前往一所学校听课。正巧，几位家长也前来‘“旁听”。课后，家长们窃语，“如果学校天天都上公开课就好了”。听了这句话我心头一颤，沉默了好一阵。众所周知，公开课是检验教师各项能力的一种直接、有效的方法。上公开课时，教室后排通常有同事、领导“洗耳恭听”。有些学校还将公开课的效果同教师的评先进、评职称挂钩。于是，教师对公开课便另眼看待：一节公开课花上数日，甚至数十日的时间准备；课堂教学也特认真仔细；一些平常“舍不得用”的教具也大显身手。但是日常教学中，有的。教师上课便没有上公开课那么“卖力”了：教材教参受到“冷落”，教具也被“束之高阁”，两相比较，切实关心学生学习家人怎能不拔出“天天上公开课”的感叹呢？我们知道知识是靠日积月累的，不是一节公开课就能授教完毕的，学生获取知识的主要途径是每天一节课的教学过程。因此，教师应当把每一节课都当成公开课来上。当然我们不可能想象一些教师上公文课一样花大量的精力备课，但只要本质上公开课的干劲精神，上好每一节课，为人师者，也就无愧于心了。（毛锋华）以下是英文版:Recently, the author went to a school to attend classes. We know that knowledge accumulates over time and cannot be taught in just one open class. The main way for students to acquire knowledge is through the teaching process of one class per day. Of course, we cannot imagine some teachers spending a lot of energy preparing for official documents, but as long as they have the spirit of public lectures, attend every class well, and become teachers, they will have a clear conscience.
