and (b）Party B may, without the consent of Party A, assign in whole , but not in part, its rights hereunder to any subsidiary, affiliate or successor entity of Party B or its ultimate parent company (provided that any such assignment to any such subsidiary shall not be deemed as a release of Party B’s obligations hereunder unless Party A shall have given prior written consent to any such release and Party B shall remain liable to Party A in respect of any breach of this Clause). Any attempted assignment in contravention of this Clause shall be void.

(1)解除;  从义务、责任或他人的请求权中解放出来。

(2)免除；放弃；豁免证书；放弃文书  指放弃对他人享有的权利或可主张的请求及为此制作的文书，又称为「discharge」、「surrender」。 

(3)转让；转让文书使财产转让生效的文书。

(4)释放；释放证  指从受管制状态下释放，恢复自由及正式的释放文书。 

(5)发行许可；发布许可, 指书面授权，准允发行。如许可报纸将自己照片印于头版。
