外国人办理工作许可，哪些文件有时效要求？
一、无罪证明No Criminal Record certification
无罪记录证明有效期一般为6个月。
有效时间是按照无罪记录证明的开具日期算起，而不是认证日期开始。

二、健康体检证明Physical Examination Certificate
健康体检证明自签发之日起，有效期为六个月。
因此，外国人的体检证明在入境前采用承诺制的，须提供承诺书，承诺入境后补充境内检验检疫机构出具的健康检查证明书并承担风险。
外籍人士在华申请工作许可时，有些地区有着这样的政策：如果拥有有效的居留许可，或者之前的居留许可注销后不满3个月，可以免除体检证明。

三、外国人临时住宿登记单Temporary Residence Registration form for foreigners
临时住宿登记单一般有一年的有效期。但是如果外籍人士在此期间更换了住宿地址，一定要在办理新的签证前重新申请临时住宿登记单。
出入境一般要求在更换地址后24小时内，完成临时住宿登记单的重新申请。
The temporary residence registration form is generally valid for one year.
However, if the foreigner changes his/her accommodation address during this period, he/she must re-apply for a temporary residence registration form before applying for a new visa.
It is generally required to complete the re-application of temporary residence registration form within 24 hours after the change of address.
四、护照Passport
外籍人士入境中国时，所持护照的有效期必须长于半年（现持有的护照离护照到期的时间不足6个月）。
护照有效期短于半年，将影响工作居留许可的办理，建议临近一年有效时，在驻华使领馆申请新护照的更换。
When foreigners enter China, the validity of their passports must be longer than half a year (the current passport is less than six months from the expiration of the passport).
If the validity period of your passport is less than half a year, it will affect the application for your work and residence permit. It is recommended that you apply for a new passport at the Embassy or consulate in China when the validity period approaches one year.
