首先，我来到了B站，因为B站是目前人口最多的视频网站，到时候肯定会有很多观众，于是，我考虑了一番，到了2020年初，我在B站发布了第一个视频，我觉得发视频是件好事，当时就日更，然后涨粉也涨的很快，因为我还到MC的地图里去打广告，所以涨粉速度就一开始比别人快。但到后来，我的视频素材越来越少，更新速度越来越慢，粉丝数也渐渐下滑了，后来我发现B站有个动态功能，我就每天在那里发动态，发着发着却成为了动态区UP主，过了很长时间，我又有视频素材了，但是又拖更了很久，就这样…………
现在，我有150多个粉丝，可能是我最近不更新的原因又减少了很多粉丝。但是各位，你们知道吗？一个UP主的灵魂究竟何在？首先Bilibili是个视频向的网站，所以UP主大多数都发视频，少数时间会发点动态，当然啦，B站的专栏也很有特色，但是大多数UP主没有发过一篇专栏，这又是怎么回事？
OK，其实一个UP主有几个元素判断这个UP主的能力，这些元素分别是：粉丝数（包括活粉在内）、获赞数、播放数和阅读数，首先先来讲一下粉丝数，如何让你被别人吸引然后关注你，其实这个方法有很多，首先，你注册了这个账号，会有一个UID，如果你的UID够吸引人（比如666666、233333等）别人就会直接搜索UID到你的个人空间关注你，但我至今还没见过一位大UP主的UID是神，所以UID的方法不太可取。然后是你的昵称，昵称如果够吸引人的话，也会像上面UID一样的情况。然后就是你发的任何视频、动态、专栏等，只要有质量，就能涨粉丝，或者你从站外（比较知名）刚过来，也会有知名程度的。然后是获赞数，获赞数：一般是评论、动态、专栏、视频等累计的点赞数，所以只要从这几个方面入手，你就能获得很多的赞。接着播放数，就是你视频的累计播放数，反正只要视频有质量就行。最后讲阅读数：跟视频的播放数一样，只不过“视频”改成了“专栏”。
然后我在这里跟大家说一下，我2020年9月一直到2021年1月是真的不会再来B站了，除非小概率时间上线。这里我把我自己的真实情况跟大家稍微讲一下：本UP主出生于2007年，今天刚把小学6年搞完，紧接着，马上开学初一了，我没有太多时间了，所以我要跟大家说声抱歉，真的有事。关于一个UP主，我将来的计划请看：

之前我和一些人互粉，但是我却很少跟他们互动，因为我只管我的粉丝数，不管别的，我虽然知道互粉是个很不好的习惯，但是…没有但是，就是因为我喜欢这样子做！这件事我也意识到了严重性，所以等以后，我要自然涨粉，不再请求他们的关注、互粉，当然还有一些乐于互粉的人，来找我互粉，当然我做UP主以来都没有申请关注、互粉的，所以以后我还是谨慎点为好。
