Astilbin(落新妇苷)

落新妇苷(,Astilbin)是一种黄烷酮糖苷,其经糖苷键被(+)-紫杉醇在位置3处被α-L-鼠李糖基部分取代。落新妇苷具有自由基清除剂,抗炎剂和植物代谢产物的作用。落新妇苷是α-L-鼠李糖苷,3'-羟基黄烷酮的成员,落新妇苷也属于四羟基黄烷酮,黄烷酮糖苷,单糖衍生物和4'-羟基黄烷酮的成员。落新妇苷源自黄杞,它是新astastilbin的对映体。


溶解度:DMSO : 100 mg/mL (222.03 mM; Need ultrasonic)

性状:白色至灰白色固体粉末

储藏条件:storage at 4℃ (1-2weeks), longer storage period at -20℃ (1-2years)


案例:

Effects of astilbin (Ast) on cell viability, cytotoxicity and proliferation of HUVECs. (A) Chemical structure of Ast. HUVECs were treated with various concentrations of Ast (50-200 mM) in low serum media (0.5% FBS) culture for 48 h. (B) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay. (C) Cellular damage was examined using the LDH assay. (D) HUVECs were starved in low serum media (0.5% FBS) for 24 h, and then treated with DMSO (0.1%, vehicle control), VEGF (20 ng ml À1 , positive control), and various concentrations of Ast (50-200 mM) for 48 h. Levels of cell proliferation were detected by counting cell numbers with trypan blue staining. Data are presented as the percentage of the control group (mean AE SD of three independent experiments), *p < 0.05 versus control group.
