背景：读书作为一种社会风气正在被推广
目的：让学生学会描述图表，并对图表背后的动机成因进行列举，学会引用读书、教育相关格言以及与国家政策词汇相符，达到思维和写作融为一体，并紧随时事做出个人见解，完成闭环完整的协作体系。继续使用PRICE写作模式，让每个环节清晰有理。
相关预测：人均图书消费，人均图书保有量，图书馆注册会员数量变化曲线。这几个主要方向都指向同一个话题：读书，进步，社会。
涉及到一个趋向变化的时候，六级写作不同于雅思写作的地方在于，它的趋向往往和国家政策相符，描述的是正向的方向，如果能点题到人民国家发展的角度，就是一个正确的角度。

The bar chart above exhibited that over the past years public libraries in China have kept a constant rise since 2012, with over 100 new libraries erected. The total number arrived at 3,189 in 2019.
上图展示了从2012年起的过去几年间，中国公共图书馆的数量一直保持增长，几年间新建了100多所，到了2019年总数已经到3189所。
I reckon it inspiring with various driving forces. Above all, it is an embodiment of our country’s growing emphasis on and investment in knowledge and education, also the growing importance that Chinese people are attaching to learning. Thirdly it is our increasing pursuits for food for thought（精神食粮） in the background of the fulfillment of our material demands. （物质需求）
我相信这十分令人振奋，背后也有多种原因。首先，是我国政府对知识与教育愈发重视和增加投资的体现；其次，也是中国人对学习的越发重视。其三是因为我们的物质需求已经可以温饱，我们的追求上升到了精神食粮。
For achieving our centennial missions, education is the fundamental ground. The great literati Maxim Gorky once said “Books are the ladders for human progress,” also books is an invaluable ethical and cultural wealth（精神财富） created for the whole human society. As one instrumental infrastructure（重要设施）of cultural wealth, public libraries are rudimentary and essential（根本且重要） social resources providing vital significance to the advancement of our society and nation. Making reading emerge into a mainstream（蔚然成风） all over the society is also a key step forwarding the quality of our population. But in the face of a country with over 1.4 billion, just a bit more than 3,000 libraries for free nationwide is far from even a faction（一个零头）. Central governments and local authorities still have a far and long way to go shouldering the lofty duty（重任） to ensure more accessibility to the ocean of knowledge. Among other things, the famous Chinese writer Bing Xin once summarized it as this: “Reading is good, enjoy reading and read good books.” In other words, not only is it important to ensure the quantity of venues（场所） and collections of books but also, in particular, their quality.
百年大计，教育为本。大文学家高尔基曾经说“书籍是人类进步的阶梯，”书籍也是为全人类创造的无价的精神财富。 作为社会的重要的精神文化设施，公共图书馆是重要的社会资源，对我们国家社会的进步有着至关重要的意义。让读书在全社会蔚然成风也是提高我国人口素质的关键一步。但是面对着我国14亿的人口总数，只有3000多所图书馆显然连个零头都不到。中央和地方政府仍然任重道远身负重任，确保百姓有更多的机会徜徉知识的海洋。除此之外，著名作家冰心曾经总结一句话如下：“读书好、好读书、读好书。”换句话说，不但要保证有足够多的图书馆，而且，尤其重要的是，要保证图书的质量。
In a nutshell, reading as a habit shall be fully invigorated and more financial aid（财政支持）shall be disbursed（分拨，财政拨款） into creating more places for the mass to share, access and delve into（探索 = probe into） the world of books of high-quality but with less efforts. We all are playing a role in making reading easier-accessible to the mass public.
简而言之（in a nutshell是雅思常见写作总结词汇），读书作为一种习惯要被大力鼓励下去，并且政府应当拨出更多的财政支持更多图书馆的建设工作，让百姓有更多机会去分享、接触和探索优质的书籍世界，但是花费的精力更少。我们每个人都在为让百姓更容易地接触到阅读的乐趣上，出着自己一份力。（play a role in 可以间接等同于 make an effort in）
