PlayStation 5 和 Xbox Series X|S 的向下相容性
PlayStation 5 和Xbox Series X|S 将于本月稍晚上市，PlayStation 4 和Xbox One 版的Grand Theft Auto V 和Red Dead Redemption 2 都能透过向下相容功能在新主机上游玩，还有较新版本的LA Noire（包括PlayStation VR 版的LA Noire: The VR Case Files），以及多款经典rockstar 游戏。
如果您拥有任何向下相容游戏的光碟，就可以直接将其放入新的 PlayStation 5 或 Xbox Series X（不包括 PlayStation 5 数位版和 Xbox Series S 主机）。另一方面，数位版玩家可以立即下载任何相容且已经绑订到 PlayStation Network 或 Xbox Live 帐户的 rockstar Games 游戏。可以前往 PlayStation 5「您的收藏」区，或是 Xbox Series X|S 的「安装准备就绪」区找到这些游戏。
无论如何，您都可以接续之前的进度继续游玩。可以透过网路线、无线网路连线或 USB 传输游戏存档或整个游戏。您也可以传输绑定到 PlayStation Plus 或 Xbox Live 帐户最新的云端存档，不过在 PlayStation 5 或 Xbox Series X|S 游玩前，请先确保 PlayStation 4 或 Xbox One 主机有启用云端存档。
只要您在新主机是使用相同的 PlayStation Network 或 Xbox Live 帐户游玩，在 Grand Theft Auto 线上模式和 Red Dead 线上模式的进度和成就也都会保留。请造访 https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/settings/linkedaccounts，确保您已连结帐户。
此外，Xbox One 所有向下相容的 rockstar Games 游戏，在 Xbox Series X|S 也会有向下相容功能，包括在 Xbox 360 或初代 Xbox 推出的游戏：
