A:It's true that the acquisition of seasonal pets in previou seasons should be increased, and we will consider adding them at an appropriate time.



Q: Will you make an option to transfer an account from a server to another (ex: europe to asia) ? If not, would it be possible to gift items between players on 2 different servers ?

A:For the first part, there are currently no plans for this, but we can discuss the feasibility.

And the issue of players directly gifting items or trading has been talked about for a long time, and we will not be adding such features, as they may increase the chances of RMT (Real Money Trading).



Q: Would it be possible to lower the crafting cost of equipment for this season? A lot of FE is dumped into bases, with little to no return (unless you get great RNG and just so happen to get a T1 or 2). This would incentivize current players (and maybe bring some players that left) to continue spending time in the game (or at least longer than they may be planned), as well as branching out into creating new characters to experiment with builds without having to worry about the potentially high FE barrier that exists to craft items suitable to the build. This would also reduce the need to mainly use Legendaries. This can be extremely costly, and considering that the International's economy has come to a crawl with most items not selling or items that have the potential to be sold end up being deleted, which (in my opinion) is not good for the game's longevity.

A:We may make some adjustments to the crafting system towards the end of the season, as making changes too early would be unfair to players who have already invested a lot of resources into the crafting. Please stay tuned for future announcements regarding this matter.



Q: Hi, my question is about Erika trait, a trait named "Cat dive" description that gives a chance to deal max multistrike dmg count at any strike while multistrike and give +1 multistrike count each "Stalker" stack in valid. And I found out, It did not give any multistrike count. I tried it with 2 versions, picked it in trait and put "Butterfly Hunt" in memory, but the same result. Did I misunderstand at some point, or if it really has a problem please check a  left part of this trait too, thank you!

A: In Cat Dive, what Stalker increases is the MaxMultistrike Count, not the actual Attack count. Increasing the MaxMultistrike Count, along with the probability of reaching the MaxMultistrike Count in Multistrike, means you can achieve higher Damage with the same number of combo attacks, rather than increasing the number of combo attacks.



Q: Will this season mode, the cube,become permanent for next season with a new upgrade skill tree? I like it, simple but quite rewarding.

A: Cube gameplay will be featured in upcoming seasons, similar to the Dark Surge and Blacksail from previous seasons. However, the base probability of its occurrence will be reduced, but it can still be controlled by using the Chaos Invasion Card. After becoming season-exclusive gameplay, its talents may be slightly adjusted.



Q: One Skill tag for grim phantom is a spell skill, will the spell burst affect/scale it damage?

A:Summon-type skills cannot trigger Spell Burst, nor can they establish a maximum limit for minions' Spell Burst.



Q: Bing can throw bombs, Thea stacks blessing, illusion Youga has illusion to do work for him, Erika gets buff by moving around, Moto has his robots, but elapse Youga... has nothing. Yes I know elapse Youga has twisted spacetime but gameplay wise, it is insignificant. It only gives mediocre damage boost and barely noticeable debuff to enemies inside. What makes twisted spacetime even more insignificant is that most enemies can just walk away from it and there is nothing we can do about it. In short, twisted spacetime is not... fun. It offers nothing much to gameplay and there is nothing much we can do to utilize it fully. What is the point of playing as elapse Youga when his hero trait is so boring?

A:The Spacetime Elapse Youga is designed as a cool alchemist disrupted by time, enabling it to manage time fields flexibly during combat, recording and dealing damage. However, its current performance may not meet expectations, possibly due to the overall weakness of Damage Over Time. We will work on optimizing and adjusting its features.



Q: Is it planned to merge all Trade Houses with China in order to sell and buy items faster ?

A: We have no plans to make such changes at this time.



Q: "Please declare more clearly in the description of supports/traits what type of damage they apply to. Some of them just say “additional damage” but didn’t apply to ailments and some DoT support has no effect of ailments. Like most of projectile support, clearly say buffed the projectile damage & aliment it dealt. Like if it don’t apply to aliments, should be “attack & spell damage” since DoT spell do affect by spell tag & damage type(fire/cold…).

In-game help said DoT is the skill effect of the skill, that’s clear. But aliments are awkward. "

A: Your feedback is appreciated, and we will gradually enhance this aspect of the description.



Q: So recently I decided to try out Ring of Blades. From asking a question on if there was a way to make the skill go faster, I was told initially Projectile Speed made it go faster. Then later on was told that wasn't the case, and this part of the skill was nerfed because of how absurd the scaling on Projectile Speed was. Since Projectile Speed was nerfed, would it be possible to undo the nerf done to Ring of Blades regarding how it is affected by Projectile Speed?

A: Projectile Speed does indeed enhance this skill. We are currently evaluating potential adjustments, with the goal of implementing changes in the upcoming Season.



Q: Regarding Revival Tokens, we have not considered lifting usage restrictions. Allowing more tokens for level 97, 98, and 99 might be acceptable since there appears to be a low number of tokens used below level 95, and they cannot be used after level 95.

A:We will revisit this matter.
