Answer 答案：

Exposure occurs via ingestion (foodborne botulism), bacterial colonization of a wound (wound botulism) or the intestines (infant botulism and adult intestinal colonization botulism), and high-concentration cosmetic injections of toxin. 

暴露通过下列途径发生：食入（食物性肉毒中毒），伤口（伤口肉毒中毒）或肠道（婴儿肉毒中毒和成人肠道定植肉毒中毒）细菌定植，和美容时注射高浓度毒素。
