IL-150Kg传感器使用一段时间后，其性能保持不变的能力称为稳定性。影响传感器长期稳定性的因素除其本身结构外，主要是使用环境。因此，要使传感器具有良好的稳定性，必须要有较强的环境适应能力。在选择传感器之前，应对其使用环境进行调查，并根据具体的使用环境选择适合的传感器，或采取适当的措施，减小环境的影响。
环境对称重传感器会造成如下影响：
1.高温环境造成传感器的涂覆材料融化、焊点开化、弹性体内应力发生结构变化。
2.露天粉尘、潮湿对传感器造成短路的影响。
3.在腐蚀性较高的环境下，如潮湿、酸性对传感器造成弹性体受损或产生短路等影响。
4.电磁场对传感器输出紊乱信号的影响。
5.易燃、易爆环境必须选用特制的防爆传感器。
