遇到的问题
近两天大脑没办法弄清楚或者思考稍微复杂一点的内容。
反思
神经疲劳累积的自然结果，轻负荷休息一两天就好了。大脑的开发与健身规律大同小异，毕竟健身最终练习的还是神经敏感度，原理大同小异。
