1 范围

    本文件规定了单列、双列和配对圆锥滚子轴承及其分部件的外形尺寸，还规定了该类轴承凸缘外圈的凸缘尺寸以供选择，同时还规定了每一轴承的尺寸系列代号。

5 尺寸系列代号

    本文件所规定尺寸的每种轴承均对应于一个尺寸系列代号，该尺寸系列代号由三个符号组成，如2AC。尺寸系列代号能根据ISO 10317构成圆锥滚子轴承代号。

    第一个符号为数字，为接触角系列代号，表示接触角的范围。

    第二个符号为字母，为直径系列代号，表示外径对内径相互关系的数值范围。

    第三个符号为字母，为宽度系列代号，表示单列轴承宽度对厚度相互关系的数值范围。

    对已标准化的轴承，代号为表1～表3给出的角度范围和表示相互关系的数值范围。为避免同一内径的两种不同轴承使用相同的代号，在某些情况下也有例外。

    本章规定的尺寸系列代号不应用于第6章规定以外的其他轴承。

1 Scope

This document specifies bearing and subunit boundary dimensions for complete single-row and double-row tapered roller bearings. It also specifies the flange dimensions of flanged outer rings for a selection of these bearings. A series designation for each bearing is also specified.
