想当外贸销冠,先学会撩人

身边很多人是不是这样,经常听到公司领导夸,销冠厉害,但又不知道销冠到底厉害在哪里。

销冠之所以能够不断谈下客户、出大单,拉开他们和普通业务员的原因,其实是一个个可能很小的细节。

举个例子,就拿我们和国外客户的沟通来说,销冠的思路和我们真的不一样!赶紧学起来!

一、客户说价格太贵了

1. Whether the product is expensive or not, is not the most important thing.The most important thing is whether it is suits you or not.

价格怎么样不是最重要的,最重要的是它是否适合你。

2.Specifically, you should concern your needs and consume rationally, which is best way to go!

具体来说,你应该考虑你的需求,理性消费,才是最好的办法。

3.Trust me, l will do everything l can to help you save money. But first and foremost, l must ensure quality.

相信我,我会尽我所能帮你省钱。但是首先,我必须确保质量。

二、客户说让我再考虑下

1. l totally understand your concerns. when it comes to selecting products, it's important to be caution and deliberate as you are.

我完全理解您的顾虑,我认为在选择产品时,应该和您一样谨慎。

2.However, I believe that you are intarested in this products,otherwise it won't be taking time to consider it.

然而,我觉得你对这个产品是很感兴趣的,否则您不会花时间考虑它。

3.So may l ask which specific products you are concerned about?

所以我可以请问一下,您对产品的哪些具体方面还有所顾虑吗?

三、你们的产品质量怎么样

1.The Quality of the products is what you ending up seeing with your own eyes.

产品的质量是你最终亲眼所见。

2.Before we cooperate, no matter how much l praise our quality,that's something that hasn't happened yet.

在我们合作之前,无论我多么赞扬我们的质量,这都是尚未发生的事情。

理解客户的担心

1. l appreciate you telling me this, so l can pass the message on...

2. l know that you feel [INSERT EXPRESSED EMOTION] right now...

四、缓和客户的焦虑

五、应对客户的犹豫不决
