EN71-9玩具安全标准规定了特定玩具和玩具材料中特定危险有机化合物的迁移或含量，通过以下暴露途径:
-嘴含 、吞咽 、皮肤接触 、眼睛接触 、吸入
当使用或以可预见的方式， 考虑正常儿童行为及玩具功能和设计。
玩具中使用的包装材料不在文件范围内，除非它们是玩具部件或有玩耍价值。

能留下痕迹的固体玩具材料，如：固体颜料、蜡笔等.
