第三十二课　眼前的世界是我自己营造出来的

J对第三十二课的指导

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and this is a challenging concept for many of you 

这一课对你们很多人来说，都是非常具有挑战的一个概念

and it does not matter if you do not believe this idea right now 

如果你现在还不能相信这个观念，那也不是什么大问题

remember you are in a training program 

记住，你正在进行心灵训练计划

you are not coming to these ideas through a sense of understanding 

你并不是通过一个理性的理解来练习这些观念的

but you are coming to these ideas from place of faith 

而是通过信任来练习的

you are stepping day by day with us holding our hand into new concepts and new ideas

你正日复一日地与我们一起，握着我们的手进入到这些新概念和新观念里来

that will go counter to everything that you have been taught 

而这将会与你以前所学到的所有一切都完全相反

so in your Newtonian physics you are taught that it is an objective reality 

所以，在你的牛顿物理学里，你被教导：这是一个客观现实

you're not given an option about this in your school system 

在你的学校教育系统中，对此，你没得选

you're not given an option about this in your family 

在你的家庭中，对此，你也没得选

the stories you hear and the judgments you experience are believed Huk line and sinker by your mind 

你所听到的故事和你所经历的评判，都被你的心灵信以为真了

so when you say this lesson to yourself and you feel a sense of doubt creeping in 

所以，当你对自己说这一课时，你会感到有一丝的怀疑

do not  think that this means that you are off track 

不要认为那意味着你偏离了轨道

you are merely challenging the paradigm the worldview that you hold in your consciousness 

你只是在挑战你意识中所持有的思维模式和世界观

we are indeed challenging your worldview 

我们确实在挑战你的世界观

we are challenging yourself concept 

我们在挑战你的自我概念

we are challenging everything you believe to be true about reality your reality as you see it today 

我们确实在挑战你所信以为真的现实里的一切，就是今天你所看到的现实

and so your mind which is used to telling these stories 

所以，长久以来，你的心灵一直在讲述这些故事

your ego which has used these stories to defend itself an arm itself  for a very very long time is going to question 

而你的小我，则利用这些故事来防卫自己，来武装自己。它准备问：

why you're doing 

你为什么做这些？

what you're doing 

你在做什么？

it will in fact even tell you that you are going to make yourself vulnerable to attack

事实上，它甚至会告诉你，你正准备让自己易于受到攻击

because you are opening up to the unknown 

因为你正在向未知敞开

this is one of the great teachings that you have to unlearn in your experience in your thoughts and in your consciousness 

你必须从你的经历、你的观念和你的意识中，解除其中一个重要的观念，就是：

this idea that if you do not defend yourself you are open to attack on the contrary when you defend yourself you are preparing for attack 

如果你不防卫自己，你很容易受到攻击；相反的，当你防卫自己的时候，你就是准备攻击

think about that for a moment when you wear your armor and your closed heart and your sharp tongue and your quick wit you are preparing to attack someone back 

好好思考一下，当你穿上盔甲的时候，你封死了内心，说话刻薄，反应机敏，你正准备反击

and that means that you will be attacked because you are the creator 

而这不过意味着，你将受到攻击，因为你是创造者

you are setting the tone defending yourself means that you will inevitably be attacked 

你正在设定自我防卫的基调，那意味着你将不可避免地受到攻击

and so some of these ideas are beginning to challenge that idea of defensiveness and the value of attack as a way of getting what you want

so be prepared for the ego's little stories and reactions and soothe it and placate it and say

it's okay we don't have to believe this we don't have to understand this just relax everything's going to be fine

“没关系的，我们不相信这个，我们不必明白这个。放心吧，一切都会没事的。”

you can in fact speak to your ego because it is not you 

实际上，你可以跟你的小我对话，因为，它并不是你

you are now aligning with truth you are now aligning with love 

你现在正在对准真理，你现在正在对准爱

and the ego will seem to be less like you than it used to be 

跟以前相比，小我会看起来更不像你

you used to think that it was you but now you are becoming wiser 

你过去认为它就是你，但现在你正变得更明智

I am that one that you know is Jesus 

我就是你所认识的J

and we will speak to you again tomorrow
