A fluid intersection of exhibition halls, cafe lounge, retail displays, and client experience center of Sun Life Insurance (also the primary investor).

流动的交织：活动展厅/咖啡厅/商品陈列/永明人寿客户体验中心

The Lab drew inspiration from the idea of growth — both a reference to Sun Life's brand promise and the flourishing Ho Chi Minh City — to design different volumes in the space.

设计灵感源自成长的概念，诠释了永明人寿的品牌承诺和繁荣的胡志明市，空间中涵盖了多种体量。

The design layers new elements in view of the old. The historical villa facade stands untouched, in contrast to a new 2-story structure of steel and glass, with both structure connected by an expressive loop staircase. Bespoke rotating kinetic sculptures dot the outdoor, acting as a shading solution and a landmark — and a visual metaphor for growth.

鉴于对旧元素的考虑，设计将新的部分进行分层处理。历史悠久的别墅立面保留完好，与新建的两层玻璃钢结构建筑形成鲜明的对比。两座建筑间以独特富有表现力的环形楼梯连接。定制的旋转活力雕塑矗立在室外，既提供遮蔽又成为地标和成长的视觉隐喻。

There are 3 Atrium areas for exhibition & event, which can be merged together in one bigger space if need

展览及活动所用的三处中庭可以灵活组合，以适应大型活动的需求

Furnitures in Atrium are designed to be movable & flexible, for different situations or activities in space

中庭的家具选用了可移动的灵活设计，适用于空间中各种不同的情境和活动

起重机监视器支架为活动提供了松散的解决方案，自身也是一个有趣的设计对象

A captivating discovery during the design process was of the old villa's structure itself. After removing multiple paint-plaster layers outside, arch gates from the past, various brick types used in each renovation, and the building's century-old history, were all revealed. The building's history is etched into every brick, a testament to the city's cultural heritage.

设计过程中令人着迷的收获是旧别墅的结构本身。外侧的多层油漆被拆除之后，昔日的拱门、数次更新所用的各色砖块和建筑的百年历史均一一展现。历史铭刻于每一块砖块中，是这座城市的文化遗产的力证。

Material selection is informed by the villa. Keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams, the designers chose stainless steel for visual contrast and durability through Vietnam's rainy season.

材料的选择参考了别墅本身，保留了原有的砌砖和木梁。建筑师还加入了不锈钢构成视觉对比，同时经得起越南雨季的考验。

The outdoor deck, framed by the loop staircase, provides a focal point for gatherings, providing a multi-use lobby for the various programs at De La Sol. The staircase, in turns, becomes a viewing deck to the different activities happening below and around it.

由环形楼梯构成的户外平台，作为聚集空间为各类活动提供了多功能大厅。楼梯本身也成为了观看下方和周围举办的不同活动的最佳位置。
