斯德哥尔摩的便宜宿舍|SSSB| The money-saving student accommodations in Stoc

亲爱的新生小伙伴们：

现在距离KTH八月底开学已经不足90天了，如果你对于之后在住宿开支上节省一些资金感兴趣的话，一定要记得去斯德哥尔摩学生宿舍组织SSSB的官网排队哇！

SSSB是一个和斯德哥尔摩(斯京)各个大学的学生会都有合作的大型宿舍运营机构，能给在斯京读书的同学们提供远低于工作人士市场租房价的学生宿舍，目前也是被最广泛应用的宿舍申请平台--或者说，是斯京除了各个大学自营宿舍之外唯一一个半官方的学生宿舍平台（某种意义上是瑞典社民特色？）。在SSSB上，学生用户们可以选择自己感兴趣的宿舍房间和租期、按自己排队天数申请，最终对同一个房间感兴趣的同学里面，已积累天数最长、也就是“积分”最高的学生用户，将可以申请到这个房间。也就是说，你积累的天数越高（比如那些积累了四五百天积分的老学长学姐），越有可能抢到位置极佳而价格便宜的宿舍，例如学校门口的Forum楼、Roslagstull楼。但是即便作为新生只积累了十几天的天数，lappis、kungshamra等大众化的主要宿舍区也是可以申请到的。

SSSB对新生提供最长90天的提前排队机会，在注册SSSB的账户后，你入学前的这个临时账户每存在一天，就可以多积累一分。这个提前的排队机会最高可以积攒90分，也就是最多可以让你的临时账户在你到达瑞典之前存在90天。如果到了90天的关口而你还没有暂停账户，亦或是你还没有去学校报到并在学生会（如KTH的THS学生会）缴纳学生会的会费，那么你的账户就会被当作非学生账户而遭到关停。因此，如果你SSSB账户积攒到90分而你还没有到瑞典，就很有必要联系SSSB的客服，暂停自己账户，等入学之后恢复；如果你已经到了瑞典、在KTH Entre报到并注册成为了学生，那么就需要尽快从KTH的THS学生会网站上缴纳当年的会费，并转发缴费账单给SSSB客服，以证明你的正式会员资格，将临时账户转为正式账户，以免除临时账户最多存在90天的限制。

在笔者入学的2020年，THS一年的会费是365瑞典克朗。

SSSB的宿舍是往往比KTH自营宿舍更便宜的：这种对比在lappis这个斯京较大的学生宿舍区有直观体现。在lappis宿舍区的某一栋楼里，可能同时有KTH自营宿舍提供的房间、斯德哥尔摩大学自营宿舍提供的房间，以及SSSB提供的房间，即便这些房间彼此户型完全一致，位置上紧紧相邻，SSSB的月租也是要比KTH的宿舍便宜的，更别提SSSB还有Forum这样近在校门口、紧邻地铁站而比校内自营宿舍更便宜的选项了。

当然了，如果你在到达瑞典之前没有找到住处，那么KTH的自营宿舍还是很有作用的。按2020-2021学年的经验看来，如果你想从KTH的自营宿舍中搬出去，需要提前两个月通知——也就是说，KTH自营宿舍的最短入住长度是两个月。

另外还需要注意的是，入住KTH自营宿舍的话，需要于前往KTH Entre报到入学的同时领钥匙，而KTH Entre只有工作日才开放。如果你是工作时间之外到达了斯德哥尔摩，那么你需要提前联系朋友或者老师试着帮你拿钥匙，否则你就得自己找临时酒店或者民宿，等KTH Entre开门营业之后再领钥匙入住宿舍了。

总之，如果你希望省一些住宿的前，那么在入学之就前很有必要提前开始排队攒积分，以便之后的一年里自己以更低的价格住学生宿舍啦。

Now it's less than 90 days before the semester begin.If you haven't started the preliminary queue in SSSB student accommodation centre, and would like to benefit from their lower rental price than the accommodation KTH directly offered, please do not forget to queue at the https://sssb.se/en/looking-for-housing/how-do-i-apply-for-an-apartment/collecting-credit-days/. You can queue there for up to 90 days before registered in the university and validate your student union membership.

After you register at the KTH entre by the first day of your arrival and obtained your KTH account, you can purchase a THS student union membership and validate your SSSB account hereby. The rooms offered by the SSSB are always cheaper than the rooms directly offered by the KTH accommodation centre, even though their rooms are in the same building as the Lappis area, SSSB's room is cheaper than the KTH room.

(But the KTH rooms are necessary if you couldn't find other options, remember that you need to inform the KTH accommodation centre about your moving out 2 months ahead.)

Besides, the KTH Entre, where you can register your account and receive your KTH accommodation key, will not open at weekends unless the dedicated welcome days. If you arrived outside the opening hours of KTH Entre, you can not obtain the key to your KTH accommodation room, and you need to find a temporary hotel by yourself. I stayed a night in a hotel as I arrived in the evening two years ago(⊙﹏⊙).
