▸ you can lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfortable. I can feel my abs working more, if I lift my head though.
做的过程中,头可以不抬起,如果你觉得这样子比较舒服的话。但是我训练时将头抬起,腹肌会有更明显的感觉。(我的感受和帕老师一样哈哈哈哈)
