背景故事：
自古以来就被崇拜的雨神。也是艺术的爱好者，曾为了保存它们而将数座城市淹入海底。他发现乔恩符合他的审美，便想把乔恩也纳入自己的收藏中。
外貌：类似邓氏鱼的怪物。但是面部有所不同，眼睛很小并且向前，口中有很多细小的尖牙。他的尾部有一个环状物，上面似乎有断掉的锁链。

能力：倾盆大雨
双鱼座戈菲猫会与乔恩玩捉迷藏。他会在乔恩附近下雨以尝试“发现”Ta，如果乔恩全身湿透了，Ta就会被传送到牢房后淹死。这场“游戏”的时间越长，雨就会下得越大。
