Answer 答案：

Treating a patient with a positive C difficile test in the absence of symptoms does not clear C difficile and can increase risk of acquiring VRE and also C difficile infection from the antibiotic used. 

治疗难辨芽孢杆菌试验反应阳性但没有症状患者并不能消除难辨芽孢杆菌，抗生素应用会增加抗万古霉素肠球菌（VRE）和难辨芽孢杆菌感染风险。
