I was responsible for serving bowls, grandpa was responsible for collecting bowls and cleaning tables, and of course my father was responsible for cooking noodles. I admire this "man who deals with fire", because the cooking is delicious and the food ingredients are sufficient, so the restaurant has been open for more than ten years, and the business is still so hot.

We "practice" for a week, met people from all walks of life, some friends will come to our restaurant every day, and order the same kind of noodles, a few days later, we remember very deeply.
