　　Hello,everyone.Recently,more and more goods have been exported to foreign countries for return or repair.At present,we don't know how to operate them,so Mr.Li of Mingyang Supply Chain will sort out the process of return and repair of goods and the required information for everyone.

　　一、退运

　　货物退运首先有三个要求：

　　1.出口时间必须在一年内（The export time must be within one year.）

　　2.提供原出口的整套资料（Provide a complete set of information on the original export）

　　3.必须货主正规报关出口，不能买单出口（The owner must formally declare the goods for export,and cannot pay the bill for export.）

　　退运进口所需要的资料：

　　1.退运申请（Return application）

　　2.退运协议（Return agreement）

　　3.退运已补税证明或未完税证明（Return the goods with tax paid certificate or tax unpaid certificate.）

　　4.原进/出口报关单及整套报关资料（Original import/export declaration form and complete set of customs declaration materials）

　　5.装箱单、发票、合同、提单（Packing list,invoice,contract,bill of lading）

　　二、返修

　　货物返修进口要满足的三个要求：

　　1.货物出口必须时间五年内（Goods must be exported within five years.）

　　2.提供原出口的整套资料（Provide a complete set of information on the original export）

　　3.必须货主正规报关出口，不能买单出口（现买单报关出口的需要返修可以实行有偿返修）

　　返修进口所需的单证资料：

　　1.原出口报关质料（Original export declaration materials）

　　2.进口报关质料（Import declaration data）

　　3.质量问题描述（Quality problem description）

　　4.返修协议（Repair agreement）

　　5.中检报关（Chinese customs declaration）

　　6.维修工序（Maintenance process）

　　返修会交个保证金，货物复出口后回根据出口资料等退回保证金。（A deposit will be paid for the repair,and the deposit will be returned according to the export information after the goods are re-exported.）
