同步和并行切换过程可分为以下几个块:
测量
电压(振幅)ΔU、滑差(频率差)“s”和相位差值
角度α是评估并联开关所必需的,由两个组成

匹配
电压和频率调节功能通过向电压调节器或涡轮机控制器传输控制脉冲来减少电压差ΔU和滑差“s”。
并行条件的监测

Synchronization units are mainly used in power plants or industrial
self-generating power plants, where generators must be connected in parallel with mains in island operation, with mains in the public network or with distribution systems.
The power switch can only be switched on if both voltages are at least approximately
synchronous (in phase alignment). If this condition is not met, operation may occur
faults in the wiring, overloading the generator, or in extreme cases to damage
the generator.
SYNCHROTACT ® 5 ensures safe and reliable implementation of these functions either as
monitoring member of manually controlled parallel switching, or as an independent, fully automatic
Synchronization unit.
The synchronization and parallel switching process can be divided into the following blocks:
Measuring
Voltage (amplitude) ΔU, slip (frequency difference) "s" and phase difference values
angle α, which are necessary for the evaluation of parallel switching, are made of two
measured signals U1 and U2 (see figure below).
Matching
The voltage and frequency adjustment functions reduce the voltage difference ΔUand slip "s" by transmitting control pulses to the voltage regulator or turbine controller.
Monitoring of parallel conditions
This function compares the current values with their set maximum values and if
all conditions are met at the same time, releases parallel switching (CHK RELEASE).
Command generation
The command generation block calculates the necessary lead angle av, by which the command for
parallel switching (ORDER) sent earlier to eliminate delay caused by
the time of the switch and to ensure that the main contacts switch on at the exact moment of the phase
matches. If angle α reaches the value of α at the same time that the instrument releases
Parallel switching (CHK RELEASE), the command is sent deactivated. In synchronous conditions (i.e.
condition when conditions for parallel switching are permanently met for a period of adjustment
the monitoring time 'tsup') the command is also sent without taking into account the forward angle.
