get outside a toxic relationship

I recently dated this sick Italian guy who likes to choke me and pull my hair without consent. I feel so angry and sad. I only met him for 3 times, and this is so toxic. He’s a sadistic rat dropping. He needs to feel that he has power over me. 

When I showed that I don’t want to have s*x when we last met, he said directly ‘you need to grab you coat and I have to see some other girl elsewhere right now.’ In his mind, made a meal out of sprouted potatoes for me means I have to go to his bed.

I have never experienced this kind of treat in the past and it really shocked me. However, it was such a wise decision to leave him and cut the losses that I made.
