What are the differences between big companies and small companies?

There are several differences here.

As I mentioned, the environment as well as the salary are the common disparities

And I would like to especially mention promotion opportunities

Overall, it is easy to get promoted in small places

I mean, as long as people perform excellent, they are easy tostand out, therefore,

they are more likely to get promoted to managerial levels

However, the story is different in big organizations.

On the one hand, there are few openings whereas candidates are a lot.

On the other, big organizations are more bureaucratic,

meaning there are complicated procedures and criteria.

Therefore, it is more difficult for people to climb career ladders in such places
