突然停工停产，客户的订单和货都没法进展怎么跟客户说？
昨天跟在深圳的姐姐聊天，得知她们现在已经停工停产，都是居家办公，孩子也是在家上的网课。
在大家都以为疫情已经要结束的时候，它却卷土重来，而且情况看着比2020年的时候更加严峻，想当时只是一个地方有案例，其他地方都比较少，但这个初春的情况却是全国各地都不断地冒出病例。
但是无论怎样，我相信我们有实力有能力战胜这个病毒。只管听从上面的指示做好自己，做好防疫，不去添乱！同时也希望大家一切安好，辛苦一线的医务人员了！
做外贸的我们，今天还是来聊一聊面对突然的停工停产，有些已经下单的客户，有些准备要出货却被搁置的客户，或者是准备要下单的客户，我们该如何跟客户讲现在的这个情况才能让客户理解呢？一起来看看！
This notice is to inform you that we have to suspend production after authorities announced a partial lockdown in Shenzhen due to a rise of COVID-19 cases.
由于新冠病例增加，有关部门宣布深圳半封锁，我们不得不暂停生产。
All businesses not involved with essential public services are allowed to halt production. And we are requested to work from home starting today.
所有不涉及基本公共服务的企业全部停产，我们也被要求从今天开始，居家办公。
Because of factory closures we may experience some production delays.
由于工厂关停，可能货物会有所延迟。

有些小伙伴在12号已经把货拉到深圳仓库，结果第二天被通知出不了了。有些人会比较聪明，提前嗅到了即将停工的可能，即便货已经在深圳仓库，也提前安排拉到广州或者佛山，给客户安排。在这样的大环境下，有些突发情况是我们无法预料的，但是我们却一直尽己所能地为客户着想，也是尽职尽责的。

Now, we are trying to transfer your goods via Guangzhou or Foshan, we are trying our best to make it.

有些开年来下单，或者是这个月才刚下单，但是工厂却停工的，这肯定会影响到交期，有些客户要货很急的，现在突然接到上级的政策通知，这些一定要跟客户提前说好这个情况，让客户也有心理准备，这属于不可控的因素。
