作者简介
布鲁克·福斯·韦斯特科特，英国基督教新教圣经学者。生于伯明翰。1848年毕业于剑桥大学三一学院，1870年获神学博士学位，同年至1890年任该院钦定神学教授。1851年任圣公会牧师职。1883年任威斯敏斯特教堂法政牧师。1890年任圣公会达勒姆主教。死于达勒姆附近的奥克兰。与霍特合作出版的考订版希腊文《新约》颇有影响。著有《新约正典史》、《研究福音绪论》、《英语圣经史》等。
