Yo what's up,
This is Nathan. How do you do? I hope you can tolerate my written English. It has been worse since I had passed the IELTS 4 years ago. However, I am really keen to share my thoughts in English and communicate with people from different cultural background.
So I created this English community within 内森の日常. It has been an honor to have like-minded people to join me. With the support from Bella, this community has become bigger and bigger. If you are reading this article, you are interested to join our team as Tribal Chief. Please read along.
Firstly, Tribal Chief is the person who can hold different English activities within the community. With Bella’s support, you can host online events such as Round Table, Online Debate and English Corner. There will be more creative activities waiting for you to co-create with us. I am looking forward to receiving your opinions and ideas. Feel free to join us.
Secondly, I am aiming to build up English community as a life-long connection for all Chinese youth to have cross-cultural understanding by providing online and offline oral language communication environment. It will be great to have you joining us to discover more possibilities. Our mission is,through cross-cultural communication and life-long learning, a generation of Chinese youth will be ignited by this spark to grow as a better human being. It is a big mission. It will not be easy, but we hope you can join us.
Last but not least, our team will be fun and full of learning. We will have the unlimited resources from Masterclass to learn. It will be a great opportunity for you to see a bigger picture while pushing yourself out of the comfort zone. In the future, you will be able to connect more valuable resources and friends in this Tribal Chief Program.

My dear fellows,
Do you learn English by force or do you use English on a daily basis on your own will? If you ask me? My answer is I take English learning as part of my life, just like breathing, eating and loving.
I make a list of all the things that I want to achieve with the help of English and here they are.
1. Being able to study and work abroad.
Partially Done
I studied in San Diego State University as an exchange student in 2012 and worked as an intern in Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.
2. Being able to watch movies, TV series and YouTube videos without subtitles. Being able to read English news and books without feeling it as a burden.

I am proud to say that I am a big cinephile. But I have to admit that I hate to read subtitles while appreciate movies which makes me feel like a veil on a beauty. Fortunately, now I can throw away the walking stick most of the time and concentrate on the arts itself.
3. Independent traveling to some dream countries.

So far, I’ve been to America, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Korea, Russia and Israel. And in the future, I want to visit more countries in Europe and Africa.
4. Taking part in international dance camps.

Being one of the initiators and organizers of the biggest dance camp in Asia---Asia Dance Camp. In the future, I want to participate as a dancer in FairPlay Dance Camp, Urban Dance Camp and learn from the best international choreographers.
5. Being a cross-culture communicator and ambassador by running an English podcast.
Still on the way
I’d like to make friends all over the world online and offline. Being able to maintain my curiosities and show my respect to other countries’ culture and output Chinese culture at the same time. In order to do that, I decided to start an English podcast. It is always a pleasure to have a meaningful conversation with an old friend or a new friend. Joining Nathan’s team definitely provides me with a lot of confidence and I am down to earth to make it happen.
6. Recruiting a team full of English lovers and progress together.

As time goes by, I gradually realize that it is essentially critical to have a bunch of friends who can huddle and learn English together. Another way to put it is Helping others is helping myself. So here I really encourage every one of you who are not only English lovers but also helpful people to join me and let ‘s progress together.
