环二肽Cyclo(-Tyr-Arg)，环二肽(cyclodipetides)是由两分子氨基酸通过首尾相连而形成的一类结构稳定、生物活性多样的化合物；环二肽含有一个2，5-二酮哌嗪(2，-diketopiperazines)六元环结构。由两个氨基酸组成的肽就是二肽，这种叫环状二肽。至于位阻，每个alpha-碳上连接一个羧基和一个氨基，两个氨基酸恰好可以形成六元环。
