Result::

1 refines the innovative thinking ,systematically expounds the relevant research on the cultivation of  students’ innovative thinking and lays a foundation for the construction of follow-up instruction design .

2 points out the existing problems in school teaching ,and puts forward the solving strategies accordingly.

Then ,determines the teaching process of cultivating junior high school students’ innovative thinking ability.

3 show that the teaching design of information technology course in junior high school under the concept of creator education can improve students’ creative thinking ability to a certain extent ,and provide some theoretical reference and reference for the cultivation of junior high school students’ higher-order thinking ability .
