这首歌表达的是人类永恒的话题：孤独，solitude
无论你来自哪个国家、种族、民族
孤独，是每一个人、每一个“我”都要面对的
因此，这首歌能够跨越时空，引发普遍的共鸣。
我在给这首歌填词的时候
并不是把歌词一句一句的“翻译”过来
而是根据我对“孤独”的理解
把英语歌词的“意”meaning“分解”到全新的汉语句子中
在汉语里，我们把这种手法叫作“形散而神不散”
The form is scattered but the spirit is not.
因为我和英语歌词作者的创作手法上是一致的：
我们都是把“孤独”“拟人化”personification为一个“人”
在跟老朋友“夜晚”的对话中，表达“我”的沉思。
