此中能避世，箕坐已忘年——观《武当文脉》有感

武当名胜甲天下，自古就有“亘古无双胜境，天下第一仙山”之美誉，武当文化是中华文化的独特标识。武当不仅有“层峰叠嶂，标奇孕秀，杉松蓊郁，翳日清幽”的自然景观，还有“五里一庵十里宫，丹墙翠瓦望玲珑”的人文景观，难怪徐霞客言：“余髫年蓄五岳志，而玄岳(武当)出五岳上，慕尤切”，仰慕之情，溢于言表。
武当还是金庸江湖里的乾坤秀萃之地，仰观浮云，俯视流水，以柔克刚，道法自然，令无数中国人魂牵梦绕。
人文纪录片《武当文脉》创意独特、视角新颖，以“武当非遗文化”为切入点，以融媒体方式打造武当IP，近距离跟拍记录非遗传承人的日常生活和口述故事，全景式呈现武当历史文化研究和非遗传承人的真实面貌，亲历者的所思所感所言，真实、亲切、生动，鲜活自然，富有感染力，是中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的一次有益尝试，必将进一步促进武当文化的传承与传播。
观《武当文脉》，常有身临其境之感，脑中浮现的是“七十二峰朝大顶，二十四涧水长流”的磅礴景象，对中华文化的自信自豪之情油然而生，真可谓“此中能避世,箕坐已忘年”。 祝贺梅明博士和李越华老师！致敬主创团队！
Review of Wudang Cultural Heritage

As one of the most famous scenic spots in the world, Wudang Mountain has been known as "the most beautiful mountain in the world" since ancient times. Wudang culture is also a unique symbol of Chinese culture. Wudang Mountain not only boasts of its beautiful natural landscape, which is made up of "ranges of steep peaks, lush fir and pine trees, the covered sun, and tranquil woods", but also takes pride in its distinctive cultural landscape, which features "an abbey every five li，a palace every ten li, exquisite red walls and green tiles". No wonder Xu Xiake, a famous Chinese geologist in Ming Dynasty, said, "When I was a little boy, I was determined to climb Wuyue (the Five Great Mountains in China). But Wudang Mountain is more fascinating than the Five Mountains. I always yearn for visiting it." These words reflect Xu's great admiration for Wudang Mountain. In Jin Yong's Jianghu (a world parallel to conventional society in the author's novels), Wudang Mountain is not only a place with beautiful sceneries but also a gathering of talents. The clouds float in the sky. The water softly flows down the mountain. Taoism originates here, which believes in softness overcoming hardness, and harmony between human and nature. Wudang Mountain is a magic place that countless Chinese people dream about.
The humanistic documentary Wudang Cultural Heritage is unique in its creativity and novel in its perspective. It is shot from the perspective of "Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) in Wudang". As an IP in the form of integrated media, it closely records the daily life and oral stories of the ICH inheritors, presenting in a panoramic view the historical and cultural research of Wudang, the real lives of the ICH inheritors, and the thoughts and feelings and words of those involved. This documentary is a good attempt for the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and will further promote the inheritance and dissemination of the Wudang culture.
When I watch Wudang Cultural Heritage, I always have the feeling of being personally on the scene, and the scene of "seventy-two peaks clustering around the summit, and twenty-four flowing streams" comes into my mind. The self-confidence and pride in Chinese culture arises spontaneously in my heart. It is true that "you can live in Wudang Mountain to shun the world and you can sit here in tranquility to forget time and season".
