珠光体钢- 合金元素主要为铬和钼,总含量不超过5%,具有优良的高温强度,500~600℃加工性能,成本低。广泛用于生产600℃以下的耐热零件,如锅炉钢管、汽轮机叶轮、轧辊、紧固件、高压容器、管道等。代表钢种有16Mo、15CrMo、12Cr1MoV、12Cr2MoWVTiB、10Cr2Mo1、25Cr2Mo1V、20Cr3MoWV。

马氏体钢——铬含量7~13%,具有优良的高温强度、抗氧化性和耐湿腐蚀性,但焊接性不好。4Cr9Si2、4Cr10Si2Mo用于制造内燃机的排气阀,也属于马氏体钢、

铁素体钢- 含有较多的铬、铝、硅,形成单相铁素体结构,具有优越的抗氧化性,耐高温气态腐蚀能力。但其高温强度较低,室温脆性较大,焊接性不好。钢种,如 1Cr13SiAl、1Cr25Si2。

Pearlitic steel alloy elements are mainly chromium and molybdenum, with the total content not exceeding 5%. It has excellent high temperature strength, 500-600 ℃ processability and low cost. It is widely used to produce heat-resistant parts below 600 ℃, such as boiler steel pipes, turbine impellers, rolls, fasteners, high pressure vessels, pipes, etc. Representative steel grades include 16Mo, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 12Cr2MoWVTiB, 10Cr2Mo1, 25Cr2Mo1V and 20Cr3MoWV.

Martensitic steel with chromium content of 7-13% has excellent high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and wet corrosion resistance, but poor weldability. 4Cr9Si2 and 4Cr10Si2Mo are used to manufacture exhaust valves for internal combustion engines, and also belong to martensitic steel

Ferritic steel - containing more chromium, aluminum and silicon, forming single-phase ferrite structure, with superior oxidation resistance and high temperature gas corrosion resistance. But its high temperature strength is low, room temperature brittleness is high, and its weldability is poor. Steel grades, such as 1Cr13SiAl and 1Cr25Si2.
