任正非首度回应美国禁令：不会任由华盛顿摆布！

18日，华为公司创始人任正非在深圳华为总部接受了日本媒体《日本经济新闻》的采访，首次对美国的禁令进行回应。

他重申，华为没有做任何违法行为。

对于出口禁令，任正非表示，对华为影响有限，即使高通和其他美国供应商不向华为出售芯片，华为也“没问题”，因为“我们已经为此做好了准备”。

5月16日，美国商务部工业与安全局（BIS）将华为列入所谓“实体清单”（Entity List），外界最关注的就是华为核心供应链是否会受到冲击，因为列入清单就意味着没有美国政府的许可，华为无法向美国企业购买元器件等产品。

对此，任正非在采访中透露了六个要点：

❶ 即便高通和其他美国供应商不向华为出售芯片，华为也“没问题”，因为“我们已经为此做好了准备”。

Ren indicated that his company will continue developing its own chips to lessen the impact of the ban on its production. Ren said it would be "fine" even if Qualcomm and other American suppliers would not sell chips to Huawei. "We have already been preparing for this," he said.

任正非表示，华为公司将继续研发自己的芯片，以减少禁令对其生产带来的影响。他还表示，即使高通和其他美国供应商不向华为出售芯片，华为也“没问题”，因为“我们已经为此做好了准备”。

华为下属的海思半导体公司，也就是华为自己的芯片企业，也在近日一份内部信件中表示他们为华为的生存打造了“备胎”，在这个“极限而黑暗”的时刻，“终于在‘一夜之间’全部转‘正’”。

❷“我们没有任何违法行为。”

Huawei Technologies' founder and chief executive blasted the Trump administration's decision to add his company to a government blacklist, insisting the Chinese telecom equipment maker has done nothing illegal.

华为公司创始人兼首席执行官任正非抨击了特朗普政府将华为列入“政府黑名单”的决定，并坚称华为没有做任何违法行为。

“We have not done anything that violates the law,” Ren said.

任正非说：“我们没有做任何违法的事。”

❸ 不会任由华盛顿摆布。

日经新闻报道称：

Echoing his tougher tone in recent months, Ren said his company will not be dictated to by Washington. "We will not change our management at the request of the U.S. or accept monitoring," he said.
与近几个月来的强硬态度一致，任正非表示华为公司不会任由华盛顿摆布。“我们不会在美国的要求下改变我们的管理，也不会接受监管。”

❹ 美国禁令对华为影响有限，华为对长期前景有信心。

Ren said the impact of the U.S. ban on Huawei's business will be limited, and expressed confidence in its longer-term outlook. "It is expected that Huawei's growth may slow, but only slightly," said Ren, citing the potential of annual revenue growth undershooting 20%.

任正非称美国的禁令对华为业务的影响将是有限的，他对华为的长期前景表达了信心。“预计华为的增长可能会放缓，但只是小幅的放缓，”任正非表示年收入增长可能略低于20%的目标。

❺“接二连三地威胁贸易伙伴的政策让企业不敢再冒险，同时美国也将失去信誉。”

"Policies that threaten trading partners one after another rob companies of risk-taking attitudes, and the U.S. will lose credibility," said Ren.

任正非说：“接二连三威胁贸易伙伴的政策剥夺了企业冒险的勇气，而美国也将失去信誉。”

❻ 否决了在美国本土生产5G设备的可能。

Huawei's chief shot down the prospect of producing 5G equipment on American soil. "Even if the U.S. asks us to manufacture over there, we will not go," said Ren.华为总裁否决了在美国本土生产5G设备的可能。任正非说：“即使美国请求我们在那里生产，我们也不会去。”
