什么是导致急腹症原因之一的游走脾？

Answer 答案：

Absence/weakness of the supporting suspensory splenic ligaments leads to an elongated splenic vascular pedicle with risk of splenic torsion and infarction. Absence of the left kidney predisposes to a wandering spleen. 

脾悬韧带缺乏或强度弱会使脾血管茎延长，导致脾扭转或梗塞。左肾缺乏容易出现游走脾。
