Answer 答案：

Antidotal therapy with cyproheptadine. For significant hyperthermia, neuromuscular blockade and intubation may be necessary to prevent life-threatening elevations in core temperatures. 

使用解毒剂-赛庚定。对于严重高热，为避免中心体温升高到危及生命的水平，有必要给予神经肌肉阻断剂和进行气管插管。
