The gold will shine anyhow
在整个打官司的过程中,周兴和与金橙公司法人代表陈显翔,在茶馆里有过两次颇具绅士风度、而又心照不宣的对弈。

哈,后来的事实证明,周兴和这回还真是当了一回巫师,他对陈显翔所说的话,果然句句都成了谶言!就在他们在茶馆谈话的这一年,金橙公司更掀起了扩张浪潮。但这浪潮表面看来是汹涌澎湃,实际已是暗流涌动泛滥成灾。最要命的是,由于他们的产品没有核心技术,生产出来的产品接二连三出现质量问题,造成旗下不少分公司官司缠身,不但产品销不出去,而且债台高筑。随着法院的判决,不少分公司继而纷纷倒闭。其中最典型的是山东日照分公司,他们吞下苦果,哭诉无门后,竟主动到成都找到星河公司,愿意给他们提供证据,协助起诉金橙总公司!

金橙公司这座宫殿,虽说看起来金碧辉煌,遗憾的是它的基础建筑在了沙滩上。随着时间推移,他们扯皮官司越来越多,为打官司几乎耗尽了他们的物力财力。加上这些官司理不直气不壮,难免又要加倍付出人情费和律师费来进行“勾兑”。但官司打到最后,几乎都以金橙公司败诉告终。墙倒众人推,树倒猢狲散,这又应验了周兴和所说的那样,过去那些吃他们用他们、拍着胸脯支持他们的“领导”们,这时也不讲义气了,像甩一块抹桌布一样,轻易就把他们抛弃了!如此一来,金橙公司路越走越窄,生存空间是越来越艰难。
