well this is a very good topic that reminds me of my buying of a sound box , which marked a complaint that I once made yet I was satisfied with the result .

it happened last month when my best friend was about to throw a birthday party , a week or so ahead of time I placed an order on a sound box on the Internet as a present for the event , it took approximately three or four days for the item to arrive to me before the party got started .

the persons I made a complaint to were the after sale service staff of that online store in which I made the purchase , at first I thought they would be impatient , even there might be an argument between us , however in actuality they were nice and patient all the time .

what I complained about was the fact that the package of what I bought seemed broken , maybe there was an accident in the middle of express , what's more the moment I opened it up and checked , I found its surface scraped which looked terrible .

speaking of the reason why I was satisfied with the result , you know what

firstly ,

the attitude of those who received my complaint was sincere and polite during the whole time which made me felt sort of shocked because what I asked for was a refund , I figured that they would be reluctant to say yes , however what they did was entirely granting my requirements , for example ,.....

secondly ,

after an online negotiation lasting for several minutes , I got a promise that they would send me a brand new one instead , days later back at home I received what they sent prior to the party getting kicked off , therefore the whole thing didn't mess up my schedule , for instance ,.....
