The study finds that under moderate stress the brain grows new cells. Successful people have some effective strategies to deal with stressful circumstances. Such as, they stay positive; they appreciate what they have; they avoid asking “what if?”; etc. It turns out that these are the best methods to reduce stress and enhance performance.
