Sequence 5 is a big boost in power though.

I still don't think they've "converged". Sequence 7 may have been a big jump in combat power, but it wasn't anything special regarding the "core competency" of this pathway.
Sequence 5 Nimblewright Master is not a direct "enhancement" of a Faceless, and Faceless is not a direct enhancement of any of the earlier sequences. We'll have to wait until we know what sequence 4 is to be sure, but it's probably the convergence point. We would then expect sequences 4/3/2/1 to be more direct progressive enhancements of whatever the "core competency" of this pathway is.

The Dark Hero got the arbiter characteristics directly from the remain so he should not be needing the main ingredients. But the MI9 guy is looking for the main ingredients so maybe their attention have being turned to who is backing Capim, a rogue agent with stolen formula maybe?

At the dead of night in Buckland, the city had been covered in a dense fog. The streets were empty besides for a few patrolling police officers. The air and fog were still, when suddenly, two shadows flew by on the rooftops and created a strong wind that blew the fog into multiple directions. One of the shadows had the appearance of a knight, except it was dark and had crown on top of it's head. The other shadow was what seemed to be a twisted version of a wolf.
The shadow at the front stopped running on the rooftops and jumped down onto the streets where the fog was densest. As the armored one took to the streets as well, once it touched the ground and began running it saw something that instantly made him bow in respect and say out loud.
"Dark Emperor bows to Mr. Fool."
The wolf had no time to think about what his pursuer said and just kept running until it hit something solid which should've been impossible since it was an empty street. Looking up to see what it ran into, the reason sent a chill into it's soul. A throne made purely out of fog had appeared out of nowhere and on that throne was a man in a neat suit, a top hat and a face covered in fog. A voice sounded out from the man on the throne of fog.
"Dark Emperor, you need to work on your speed. Now then." The man on the throne or, Mr. Fool turned their head towards the twisted version of the wolf where he then spoke again.
"Sequence 4, Demonic Beast. I thought I warned you practitioners of the demonic path to not appear within towns and you're even a sequence 4. How many lives have been killed for you to reach that point? Well, it does not matter. Your kind did not heed my warning and thus deserve punishment."
Mr. Fool extended his hand and made a grabbing motion. The Sequence 4 Beyonder on the ground suddenly felt gravity increase by 100 times and the ground around it caved in, creating a crater. Mr, Fool then made a thumb up gesture, then turned it 180 degrees to turn it into a thumb down. The Beyonder quickly felt a burning sensation within their body.
"Death is your punishment. Now, die."
The body of the sequence 4, Beyonder then begun to expand like a balloon before popping, splashing blood everywhere. The blood did not touch Mr. Fool, it only passed through him. Dark Emperor was not so lucky. It got absolutely covered in blood.
Mr, Fool then waved his hand and Dark Emperor disappeared leaving Mr. Fool alone.
"I wonder what Captain would think me doing this? Perhaps I should as
ask for compensation..." Mr. Fool then slowly disappeared into nothingness.

那个狼人没时间去思考正在追他的人说了什么，只是闷头逃跑，直到他在这条本应空荡荡的街上撞上了某些坚硬的东西。这本来不可能发生的。他抬头看了看他正在跑向的方向，然后一阵恶寒袭击了他的灵魂。一个完全由雾气组成的王座凭空显现了出来，而在那王座上坐着一个穿着一套正装、戴着礼帽的人，他的脸被雾气遮挡了起来。一个声音从那灰雾王座上的男人那里传来。
“黑皇帝，你的工作得再加加速了。就现在开始。”那个王座上的男人，或者，愚者先生将他的头转向了那个扭曲的狼人，然后再度开口。
“序列4，魔狼。我以为我警告过，你们恶魔途径的人不许再在城市里出现，而你还是一个序列4。你杀了多少人才爬到今天这个位置？嗯，现在这都不重要了。你们既然没有听从我的警告，那么就理应惩罚。”
愚者先生伸出了手，做了一个抓的动作。地上那个序列4的非凡者立刻感觉身上的引力被加强了100倍，他身遭的地面也深陷了下去，形成了一个大坑。然后愚者做了一个大拇指向上的手势，然后翻转了180度，将拇指下指。这个非凡者很快感觉他的身体里产生了一股灼烧感。
“死亡就是你的惩罚。现在，死吧。”
这个序列4非凡者的身体开始像气球一样膨胀，然后爆炸，鲜血喷溅得到处都是。这些血液一滴都没有溅到愚者先生身上，它们直接穿过了他的身体。黑皇帝就没有那么幸运了，他的身上溅满了血。
愚者摆了摆手，然后黑皇帝就消失了，留下愚者独自一人。
“不知道队长看到我做这些事情会怎么想？也许我应该申请一下报销……”愚者慢慢地消失在虚无中。

TLDR warning: Professional Audience Member Ozwin here with power and stats commentary for people who are curious, and can’t remember which chapter to look up his magician details appeared (296). There were nine main spells magicians got, but we will not be going much into depth with most of them.
First thing first, I want to say WOW at air bullets increased “several fold”?! Not just the thirty percent most of his powers got? (Which is still a lot mind!)
So now just by snapping his fingers, making gun sounds, or just generally playing finger guns basically Klein can hit someone with several fold the power of a custom revolver! (Note the custom revolver strength was when he first got magician and as he digested that potion it became stronger so for all we know Klein’s finger gun might be a high caliber modern rifle or something wacky like that, so we just gotta take a wait and see to get clearer details.) one thing that is for certain is that if this trend continues he very well could be carrying around firepower usually reserved for battleships in another potion or two. What is safe to say is that barring insane supernatural physical resistance (lol) anyone that Klein points that finger at, the wall behind them, and the person behind that wall might be taking more damage than a flex seal product could manage to fix. No wonder Roselle was jealous of the pathway!
The air pipe was just five meters before so several fold might mean anything from say 15 to 50 meters underwater he can still breathe or such, not too sure, hasn’t really been seen in action. but I feel that will change before the next potion.
A couple of his spells mentioned that they would get stronger as he digested magician so it is hard to guess, but when he first got magician flame control and flame jump had ranges of 30 meters. So now it would be more than safe to say a range of 40 meters is available, but based on the whole digesting thing and exactly how powerful the boost that could be, they could potentially be at 50 meters or more but it is a stretch to say so with certainty.
Illusion creation, drawing paper, bone softening are hard to say anything about and how they might have changed, though I wonder if his new morphy body and bone softening could potentially let him act like a giant rat and squeeze his body through some impressive spaces.
He covered that paper figurines and damage transfer didn’t change much themselves, but I have a feeling that not only can he use both more, his body has likely improved on how much damage he can suffer and still function.
... More so than most pathways, Klein is becoming quite the eldritch monster of nightmare fuel powers isn’t he? Others become great warriors, hunters, or nobles etc, but the seer pathway seems a bit closer in theme to the less human side like the demons and monsters, though a bit less directly evil themed and a bit more Lovecraftian being of madness. (Subtlety looks at potential pathways that might share a junction with seer.) The further down the path we go the more it seems like we get a bit more traditionally “bad guy” powers sprinkled in, particularly with puppet master next in line. Good thing Klein is a good person!

所以现在，他只需要打个响指，用嘴发出枪声，或者只是用手指比枪，就能发出比普通左轮枪大几倍的威力了！（注意，当克莱恩刚刚成为魔术师的时候他的空气弹威力只相当于左轮的威力，他消化了魔药之后这项能力变强了，而现在我们知道克莱恩的指枪威力大概相当于高质量的现代步枪或者类似的东西，所以我们只需要慢慢等待，从更确切的细节中确认这一点）。一件目前可以确定的事情是，如果这种趋势持续下去，也许在1到2个魔药之后他能发射的火力大概能有战舰那种级别。可以肯定的是，除了那些具有超强的物理抵抗的超能力者，克莱恩但凡用他的手指指向一个敌人，如果这个敌人背后有一堵墙，后面还有一个敌人的话，在墙后面的那个敌人可能会受到更多的伤害，这种伤害恐怕连能提供缓冲的柔性物质都没办法抵抗。怪不得罗塞尔会嫉妒这条途径！
水下呼吸之前只能制造五米的空气细管，所以几倍的增强可能意味着他能在也许15-50米的水下区域呼吸，或者，我不太确定，因为我们还没见到他使用过。但我感觉这可能会在下个魔药时产生变化。
还有几个类法术能力也在他消化魔术师魔药时提到，说得到了增强，所以现在很难猜测，但他第一次获得焰流操控和火焰跳跃时，他的火焰跳跃距离有30米。所以现在可以很肯定地说，能有起码40米范围了，但基于整个消化过程能给予的加强程度来看，可能现在能有50米以上，但这只是一个延伸的想法，现在还不确定。
制造幻觉，抽纸为兵，骨骼软化这几个能力目前都很难说会如何变化，虽然我在想如果他的新身体还有骨骼软化能力结合起来有没有可能让他像一只巨大的老鼠那样移动，把自己的身体挤过某些很小的空间之类的。
克莱恩还提到他的纸人和伤害转移能力并没有太大的变化，但我有种感觉，现在他不只能用更多次这些能力，他的身体也很可能能承受更多的伤害并且依然保持活动能力了。
……比大多数的途径更加不同，克莱恩正在逐渐成为具有噩梦般能力的怪物，不是吗？其他人都成为了厉害的战士，猎人，或者贵族之类的，但占卜家途径看起来更像是那些更偏离人类侧的主题的序列，比如恶魔，怪物，虽然没有那么直接地涉及邪恶，还有一点洛夫克拉夫特式的疯狂味道。（微妙地看了一眼可能可以和占卜家交换的几个途径）这条途径接下来的路看起来有可能会得到一些传统意义上的“坏人”的力量，特别是下一个序列，秘偶大师。但好的地方在于，克莱恩是个好人！

Wow, just last chapter I was wondering to myself if Klein would be able to make use of the Grey fog in the future to make fighting the chance of losing control while advancing easier and here a chapter later it turns out it that this already is the case!

This is a really amazing chapter. It gives us so many speculations. Just think about how it will be when Klein becomes a demigod!! A bona-fide resident demigod! Oh my. Also, at sequence 4, there is a great qualitative change as mentioned. It makes you wonder what it will be.
A sequence 4 is obviously much much more powerful than a sequence 5. And it isn't a linear increase either! Imagine, the ash of the saintess that Ince Zangwill used to advance were only sequence 4. Yet, Ince had to use the sealed artifact and cause the coming of a god to steal it.
The ash was used to guard the church and even managed to restrain that baby from being born! So awesome. Now as a faceless, he has a lot of convenience too (Klein that is)
